We’re traveling to France and Italy on this Wine Walk. A French Rosé from the Loire Valley, and a Valpolicella Classico from Italy will make your wine choice more difficult, but we’re confident that you’ll be happy, regardless of your pick. More importantly you’ll see some great new books in the store! Our French wine is the 2022 Domaine du Salvard Rose made from Pinot Noir grapes from Cheverny, Loire, France. The Italian is the Venturini Valpolicella Classico, 2022. Both wines come from regions that are roughly on the same latitude, and they are made from proprietary vineyards with many decades of history and experience, but the wines are not stuffy and old. Good luck in making the right choice!

“Great wines are like great books.

Once you take your first ‘sip,’ they’re hard to put down”

- James Laube
